Technical Specifications:
Sizes Available: Choose from two sizes - 8.5” x 11″ and 11” x 16″ to suit your crafting needs.
Thickness: With a thickness range of 140-160 microns, SubliFlex® strikes the perfect balance between durability and flexibility.
Special Precautions: We recommend conducting a compatibility test with your sublimation printer to ensure optimal results. Avoid layering, and wait for at least 24 hours after pressing before washing to maintain the integrity of your creations.
Crafting Instructions:
For Heat-Sensitive Garments:
Sublimation: Pre-activate sublimation inks by peeling off the backing, placing a siliconized sheet on top, and pressing at 375°F with low pressure for 30 seconds.
Temperature: After cooling, press at 320°F on the garment.
Time: Apply medium, even pressure for 15 seconds.
For All Other Garments:
Sublimation: Activate sublimation inks in a single press while adhering to the garment.
Temperature: Set the heat at 375°F, and peel off the backing before pressing.
Time: Apply low to medium, even pressure for 30 seconds.
